When you buy an OXFORD welder you are investing in a product built to last for 25+ years. We guarantee to be able to provide all parts & service for your machine for a minimum of 20 years after purchase. No other manufacturer provides the long term back up we offer.
In the unlikely event of a failure occurring in the warranty period our goal is to get you up and running in the most efficient & shortest time possible. We do not have a strict rigid policy you expect from a large organization. We maintain a flexible approach to any warranty issues to solve issues fast.
- First line of action is contact the welding distributor you purchased from, many smaller issues can be resolved in minutes. If you cannot contact the distributor or have bought direct please contact us on number below.
- Thereafter the distributor may contact us or the user can contact us direct for advise. You can talk to our Technical team on +44 (0)1904 410041. We can diagnose almost all faults over the phone & decide the best way to fix.
- We may need to send a part to you or arrange a visit from your local distributors Engineer, or even have a visit from our Engineer.
- Our machines have most internal parts ‘plug & play’ & are very simple to work on. You may be happy to fit a part yourself or chat through it on the phone.
- If you wish you can can bring your machine to our works & we will fix it while you wait.
- In almost all cases your machine will be fixed & working in a day or two without leaving your premises.
